Clearly, there is still a real disconnect between the political response to climate change and the scientific reality we face. Therefore, it is crucially important to understand the climate crisis we are currently facing at a scientific level. That doesn’t mean that you need to be scientists to understand its devastating impact on all living things on the planet.

However, understanding how human activity has disturbed the equilibrium that has maintained a safe operating space for humanity for thousands of years will hopefully motivate you, and ideally empower you to lead differently.
