Newsletter Issue 12, January 2019
Dear Reader,
We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and that 2019 is off to a great start. For many, the holiday season was about celebrating with loved ones or about travelling. And if you're lucky, both! Now that most of us are back in the office, this is the ideal time to reflect on what makes our work and our lives more enjoyable and meaningful.
Inspired by the latest research on the science of sustainable high performance and wellbeing, we put together a list of resolutions worth the effort in 2019. We hope you find these resolutions to be inspirational and worthy of your efforts this year!
And to keep you updated on our work at ProVeritas Group, we'll be publishing 4 newsletter issues in 2019 therefore, you can expect to see Issue 12 in your inbox in April. We'll also continue to help our clients through our various Coaching Programs. In addition, we'll be working with existing and new partners to run interactive Masterclasses for leaders - more on that in our April issue.
Wishing you continued growth throughout 2019,
